Manufacturer Case ID or RMA No:	Note: All Linksys and Netgear products must have a Case ID or RMA number from the manufacturer before we can approve a return. All D-Link products must go directly back to D-Link unless DOA (Dead on Arrival, which is defined as faulty in under 7 days). D-Link DOAs coming back to us must be accompanied by D-Link's DOA form. Other brands will not need a case ID No but please ensure you have contacted the manufacturer for fault diagnosis prior to completing this form.
Description of fault. Explain in as much detail as possible. "Not working" etc will not be accepted. Include here a copy of any conversations you've had with the manufacturer. For D-Link products we will require the transcript of the email from D-Link with your case ID No here

Note: For all Belkin, Brother, D-Link, Netgear & Snapgear products, if your purchase is older than 7 days please arrange warranty directly with the manufacturer. For other manufacturers we will arrange everything for you and let you know where to send.
